- Pool heating is available upon request, with a two-day minimum and must be requested 48 hours in advance. The pool and attached spa (not a jacuzzi) will reach a maximum of 95°F and cannot be used independently. Heaters may not work efficiently in cold weather and no refunds are provided.
- Barbecue rental is available at an extra cost.
- Guests must observe trash collection days and dispose of trash in the resort dumpster daily.
- The property is self-catering; guests should purchase personal toiletries and any additional groceries needed.
Fines and Penalties
- Additional charges will apply if the owner needs to address damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal expectations.
