Use of Amenities
- Pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance; it is only available if heating the entire pool, which will not exceed 95°F. The spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
- The pool heater may not function in cold weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued if the desired temperature is not reached.
- BBQ rental is available as an optional service.
Housekeeping
- No daily housekeeping service is included. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Complimentary supplies are provided until guests can purchase their own.
Trash Disposal
- Guests are expected to observe trash collection schedules and use the resort dumpster for daily disposal to maintain cleanliness.
Online Purchases
- USPS does not deliver to this vacation home; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver packages. Delivery issues may arise, and responsibility for online purchases is not assumed.
