The resort is very well maintained and in a great location. The condo is very nice and has all the essentials for your stay. Kitchen had every utensil we needed. Bed and furniture were very comfortable.

Excellent apartment in Reunion Resort

The apartment is excellent, spacious rooms, very well equiped with trollers and crib available to use, very useful for parks and malls. Commercial service was excellent before we rented it, all of our doubts were answered and the apartment is exactly what was advertised. The technical assistance was not good though. The garbage disposal was not working when we first arrived. Sent e-mail to the agency but no technician showed up for the 10 days we stayed. The eletronic lock also needed new bateries as we had trouble to open it a few times being locked out with the whole family inclusing a 3 year-old. I called the agency to arrange new batteries but also no one showed up until we left.

All activities are based on availability.

A compulsory daily resort fee is charged upon booking, this fee will cover all of your guests. This is included in your quote breakdown for your convenience.

To enjoy these amenities, membership must be pre-arranged with our guest experience team.

All Guests Pre-Registered: Ensure all of your guests (children 2+), are listed on the Guest List. All guests will then be registered with the Reunion Resort Front desk. To update your list, please email; [email protected]. Please do not go to the Front Desk unless all guest details have been given prior to arrival. All guests must have a wristband to gain access to the amenities.

Pick-up Amenity Wristbands: These are located at the Front Desk of the Reunion Grande located at 7593 Gathering Drive, Reunion, between 8 am and 11 pm, or at the outdoor drive thru pick up location located outside the convention center. The drive thru option currently does not have set hours, but if available, directive signs will be in parking lot and then guests don’t have to park or get out of their car to pick up their wristbands.

Note: If your wristband is lost a replacement wristband can be obtained at the Front Desk of the Reunion Grande for a $100 fee with validation that you are currently staying in a qualified home. If your band is damaged and needs to be exchanged, they can assist with this at no charge.

The Club Pools below require guests to have a Reunion amenity wristband may have to be shown to security on patrol.
