- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.

- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances could result in fines up to $10,000.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and incur fines.

- The property does not have central heating or air conditioning, but mini split units are available in each room.
- The home is on a monthly pest control schedule. Encounters with local wildlife such as insects, geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens are possible.
