- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- No events or parties without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- The shared pool and laundry area are available to guests.
- This property does not have central heating and air conditioning; however, mini split units are provided in each room.
- Regular monthly pest control service is scheduled, but you may still encounter local wildlife such as geckos, lizards, iguanas, frogs, and chickens.
