House Rules
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Service animals are allowed, but if undisclosed pets are brought into the home, a fine of $500 per pet will be imposed.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided, and violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Maximum occupancy includes infants.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is not available between April 1 and October 1.
- The property is part of a gated community with access to a shared pool.
- Regular monthly pest control is scheduled, but guests may still encounter local wildlife and insects common to Key West.
