- No smoking inside the property. Violations result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violating noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- No parties or events without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine imposed.
- Maximum occupancy includes infants.
Pet Policies
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed with prior approval and a fee of $150 per pet. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Certain breeds may require additional approval.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is unavailable between 4/1 and 10/31.
- This home is on a monthly pest control schedule. Although pest control is conducted, some local insects and animals might still be encountered.
Additional Notes
- Compliance with local construction and renovation schedules is required, as this might occasionally cause inconvenience.
