House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violating this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and additional costs for any fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced to maintain a neighborly environment.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided, and any noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized events will be halted, and fines will be imposed.
Pets
- Pets are allowed with an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Certain pet breeds may require additional approval due to typical restrictions. It's necessary to confirm breed, size, and weight for approval.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an extra fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. It is not available between April 1st and October 31st.
- Please be aware that the pool and other outdoor facilities may still have insects despite monthly pest control measures.
Additional Notes
- Be advised that documentation may be required for ESA/service animals to gain entry.
