- No smoking is allowed inside the property. Violations will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets are not permitted. A fine of $500 per undisclosed pet will be applied if this rule is broken.
- Events or parties are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained. Unauthorized gatherings will incur fines.
- Occupancy limits must be observed, and quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Breaking noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- The property has been enhanced with cleaning and sanitation protocols, with emphasis on disinfecting all surfaces between reservations.
- Guests are advised to refuse entry to any vendor not adhering to safety standards and PPE guidelines.
Use of Amenities
- Access is provided to a shared pool as part of a gated community.
- Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, and restrictions apply to vehicle size and types such as large trucks and trailers. Vehicles must have a parking sticker or pass to avoid ticketing or towing.
