- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violators face a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential liability for fire or damage costs.
- Pets are welcome with a limit of two per stay, each under 25 lbs, and require prior approval. Undisclosed pets result in a $500 fine per pet.
Noise and Occupancy
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Fines for noise violations may reach up to $10,000 per occurrence.
- Parties or events require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and a fine will be imposed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available upon request but cannot exceed 80 degrees when the ambient temperature is below 60 degrees.
- The backyard airstream is not accessible to guests.
