This home will provide an unforgettable experience with 4000 sq ft, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is able to accommodate whatever your needs are from holiday vacation, family gatherings, corporate retreats, business meetings, or special occasion.
No expense was spared when designing this villa to ensure a superior guest experience for large groups. The home is upscale with an interior that has high-end furnishings and comfortable accommodations, just for your group.
This three-story home offers breathtaking gulf views from all floors and as a bonus there is a rooftop where you can enjoy unlimited beach views.
First level features a 4 car garage and access to the beach front private pool. Just step outside the French style doors and step into your private pool oasis. You can access the beach front pool from the garage or through stairs from the second floor. An outdoor sectional for 6 and 4 additional sun loungers are available.
Second level features an open layout with the living room, dining and kitchen areas - together where the family can enjoy quality time together. There is a half bath right by the living area.
The simply divine living space has comfortable sofas and a flat screen tv and best of all it features sliding glass doors with beach views. Right outside the living space is a small patio with outdoor table for 8 guests and gas bbq grill. Dining area also features views of the beach and it comfortably seats 10 guests, the breakfast bar accommodates another 2 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, gas stove, granite countertops, casual bar seating and natural lighting. The kitchen also features a large island. You can prepare home-cooked meals in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Second level features the first two bedrooms – first bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private bathroom (shower) and second bedroom features a King size bed with a private bathroom (shower).
Third level features the third bedroom: a kids room with a Queen size bed, a sofa, and even has a PlayStation! Fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private bathroom (tub/shower combo), fifth bedroom has a Queen size bed with a private bathroom (shower). All of the bedrooms have beautiful décor and a flat screen tv.
Master bedroom has a King size bed with amazing views of the water. Master bathroom has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub.
The bedding arrangement and layout makes this beach house perfect for large family's or families looking to share.
