- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any related fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed for a fee, but undisclosed pets without prior approval incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and incur fines.
- Occupancy limits are enforced, and quiet hours are strictly from 9 pm to 8 am.
- Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parking is available in the 2-car garage; do not park in the neighbor’s driveway.
Use of Amenities
- Pool and spa heating are unavailable from April to October.
