- A maximum of 6 cars can be parked at the property; plan accordingly as there is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
- Pets are allowed under certain conditions, with an additional fee. Only dogs are permitted, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs for 1 or 2 dogs. Dangerous breeds and cats are not allowed. All animals must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
- Guests must be over 25 years of age to make a reservation or occupy the property, unless accompanied by someone over 25.
Noise and Neighborhood
- Guests are expected to maintain a respectful noise level during both day and night. Excessive noise could result in fines or termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
