This recently renovated 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath pool/spa home is located on the tip of Anna Maria Island! With unobstructed views of the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway Bridge. This property offers the perfect location with Beach Access directly across from the house as well as the Bayfront park giving you tons of things to do just outside the front door! If you'd like to explore further, ride a bike around the city of Anna Maria, or hop on the free trolley, just a block away, and head south into the city of Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The trolley takes you almost the entire length of the island, so you never have to stress about driving, parking or traffic. When walking into the property you instantly notice the open floor plan and all the natural light beaming from the wall of windows facing the water. Fill your next vacation with relaxation and seaside fun when you book your trip to this stunning Florida home!

Bedrooms

The master suite offers a King size bed, along with a 55" smart TV and seating area. The ensuite offers a double vanity sinks a stunning walk-in shower and a standalone tub.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer a Queen size bed
The fourth bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top.
Additional sleeping is also available on the sleeper sofa in the upstairs main area.
Two shared bathrooms are located in this section as well.

Living areas

The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as a 65" smart TV.
The main area upstairs, the family room, offers comfortable seating options and a 55" Smart TV.
The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef, as well as everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals including all-new stainless steel appliances.
Use the wine cooler to keep your favorite beverage cold.
The dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. This area also has a half bath.

Outside area

You will find the recently added pool with two additional seating areas under a covered porch offering pleasant shade and an alfresco dining area.
The outside area also offers a putting green, a large flat screen tv, and a wet bar.
An outdoor shower is also located outside perfect for rinsing off when coming home from a long day at the beach before jumping in the pool!
