Villa Makarac is perfect for those looking for affordable, but beautiful accommodation. It is located in the somewhat isolated area of Makarac in Milna on Brac Island, accessible only by gravel and dirt road. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean nature and is a short 140 meters on foot from the nearest beach. This charming villa is the ultimate choice for a dream holiday with your children and family, with everything you could need to enjoy and relax to the fullest. The outdoor area features a nice veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade to escape the sun. Also outside is a stone barbeque, an outdoor kitchen, a shaded dining area for 8, 8 deck chairs surrounding the pool and an outdoor shower. The kitchen and dining area is fully furnished and it opens on to an outside terrace area and that allows air and light into the room. The open plan ground floor is equipped with a TV and 2 air conditioning units. The dominant wooden dining table can fit up to 8 diners whilst enjoying the beautiful art on the walls. The separate WC on this floor also has a washing machine. The villa has modern architectural design, amenities and comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 air conditioned bedrooms, each of which have their own modern bathroom fitted with shower and all other modern amenities. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor. The elegant staircase leads to the first floor with 3 king bedrooms (in one of which, the bed can be separated to be used as two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms share a lovely terrace with partial sea view. Additionally, one guest can sleep on a folding bed. In addition, the basement area is also available for guests. The basement is equipped with two air conditioning units, table tennis, and children's toys. Parking spaces available for 4 cars. Local restaurants, supermarkets, cafes are 2.6 km away from the villa by gravel and dirt road.
