Casa De Campo 307 has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Outside highlights feature a private pool, sun loungers, gazebo with lounge area and alfresco dining. Casa de campo resort and villas is located on the southeastern shore of the Dominican Republic. It is a luxurious 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community, offering world-class golf courses including the famous teeth of the dog, dye fore and the links golf Course. It also has a polo and equestrian centre, skeet shooting centre, tennis centre, spa and wellness center, beaches, restaurants, altos de Chavon (an artist village), and a Marina.
Please Note: Renovations and improvements are currently scheduled at the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog" to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. The heavy construction phase has now been completed, this means no more disruptive construction activity. The resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.
Please Note: Casa de Campo Resort registration fee starting February 1st, 2026 will be increasing to the following:
- US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults are 13 and up)
- US$15.00 per child, per night (children are 4 to 12)
- Free for kids under 4!
