Cassia Heights 14 is a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation property located in the prestigious community of Royal Westmoreland, Barbados. The home offers an optimal layout for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones, thanks to its multi-level, open-concept design. The villa features large windows and doors, welcoming plenty of natural light into every room. The carefully selected interiors effortlessly come together to create a cosy and inviting atmosphere. Moreover, the high ceilings not only add a touch of grandeur but also help to open up the space, making the living area feel even more expansive. There are two spacious bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with stylish furnishings and adorning colours. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with double sinks, ensuring convenience and privacy for everyone.
This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
Please Note: Effective 1st May 2026, all guests age 16+ staying in a Royal Westmoreland home with either Social or Full Membership will be required to pay a fee of US $10 per person, per day at the time of registration to collect their cards to gain access to the amenities. Payments are to be made to Royal Westmoreland directly by guests.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)
Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.
- The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).

Great Holiday in Barbados
We had a great time at Cassia Heights in Royal Westmoreland resort in Barbados, the weather was great apart from one day of rain, we explored many beaches and also travelled to the north and south ends of the island. The apartment was fab, and had all mod cons, and Shakelia and the local rep were both on hand and helpful. Only downside was the main pool was being refurbished for the first few days we were there, but that was fine as it made us get out and about. We will definitely return to Barbados!
