This wonderful vacation home at the far end of South Mission Beach, just far enough away from the busy oceanfront boardwalk, but still close enough to all the fun and the nearby sand volleyball courts. Inside you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and white hardwood cabinetry. The living area has beautiful hardwood floors, a stacked stone fireplace, flat-panel TV, and an 8-person dining table with views of the outdoors. Upstairs on the second level are 4 out of the 5 bedrooms, including a beautiful and spacious Primary Suite with a separate seating area and ocean view balcony with lounge seating. On the first level near the entrance is the 5th bedroom and bathroom, separate from the home with its own private entrance. This room is available to use in the summer, however, is rented out during the rest of the year.
Step out of the ground floor living area and onto your own piece of beachfront paradise. This is your own private resort with outdoor lounge seating that makes this space the perfect place to kick back and soak up some of San Diego's famous sunshine. In the evening, use the convenient built-in BBQ and large dining table to share your favorite meals, and then gather around the fire pit and share stories from a day of fun at the beach.
