House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are welcome with the payment of a pet fee ($150 per pet); up to 2 pets are allowed
- Events require prior approval before booking, and an additional event fee is necessary
- Photo, video, and commercial use also require prior approval and are subject to production fees. Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions
- Access to the downstairs area is not available during your stay, as this space is not currently offered for guest use
