House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems provided. Noise ordinance violations are subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. Undisclosed pets incur a fine of $500 per pet.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm-8am (Sun-Thurs) or 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat).
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before the stay. Pool heat is not available from June 1 to September 30.
- The outdoor light for the pickleball court is disconnected and unusable.
- Extremely high summer temperatures may cause the pool temperature to rise, beyond control.
Parking Restrictions
- No street parking is allowed at any time. Strictly enforced by HOA.
