- No pets allowed (service animals permitted; undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet)
- No parties or events without prior written approval and additional fee (unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined)
- Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond bed count (trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request)
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat available for an extra fee; must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (not available April 1 - October 31)
- Pool heater cannot heat both pool and spa simultaneously; changes must be made manually
- Wood hot tub on the deck is not for guest use
- Connectivity issues with Wi-Fi due to location
- Lights under pergolas are inoperable
- Landscaping is performed every Friday between 8 am and 12 pm
Fines and Penalties
- Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation
- Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet
- Smoking violations result in a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit
