- Service animals are allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Smoking is prohibited. Violators will forfeit the security deposit and incur a $300 fee, along with potential liability for damages.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees; unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor spa and activities are not permitted from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside. Indoor sound must not be audible at the property line.
- Guests must dispose of trash at a local dumpsite following the City of Big Bear policy; fees may apply for trash left at the property.
- Winter weather warning from November through March necessitates carrying chains in vehicles.
