- Indoor noise should not be audible at the property line. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite, as per the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property.
- Vehicles must carry chains from November through March due to winter weather conditions.
- Snow is cleared from the driveway and one path to the front door; shovels are provided for clearing additional paths if needed.
