- Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Phoenix takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
- The home's overall capacity (12) should never be exceeded for an extended period of time (more than 4 hours), and never after quiet hours (10pm). We want you to enjoy the space, and understand you'll want to share with others but for liability purposes we have to limit the number of unregistered guest.
