- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are enforced.
- No external speakers or sound systems are provided, and noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and may incur additional fees.
- Guests should be aware that Whidbey Island has a naval air base, which may result in occasional loud noise from flight training on select weekdays.
