- No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property. A violation will result in a $300 smoking fee and possible liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not permitted. Bringing an undisclosed pet without approval will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced between 9 pm and 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can lead to fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited. If discovered, they will be shut down and may result in fines.
Use of Amenities
- The shared hot tubs are not guaranteed to be operational during the summer season.
- The dryer on the property is ventless, so it may require extra time for heavy items to dry.
- The elevator is currently out of service until early November for all Resort Plaza units.
