Description

Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom classic coastal cottage within walking distance of Rockport Beach, the Maritime Museum, the Heritage District, and the festival grounds! Inside you're greeted by kitschy coastal decor. The living area has two sofas, one of which is a sleeper, and provides plenty of room for everyone. Gather around the smart TV for movie night. There is also a DVD player, DVDs, and games and books for the kiddos. The dining room table seats eight people and you can access the private patio through the French doors from here as well. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal or whip up a pitcher of margaritas. The first two bedrooms are filled with natural light and each has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed. The first bathroom features a claw foot tub, perfect for soaking the day away. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. A fully fenced backyard allows for privacy and is a great space for grilling the days catch, enjoying the cool coastal breeze, and letting the kids and the pups run free.. Enjoy dinner alfresco at the two picnic tables.
