- Unauthorized pets at Bayview result in a $500 fine per pet. Pets are not allowed at Between the Shores and fines apply for violations.
Use of Property
- No events or parties are allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will incur fines.
- The maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
- Guests must be 21 or older to book.
Use of Amenities
- Cable and Wi-Fi are available but may experience outages.
- Mosquitoes and pests may be present during certain times of the year on the island.
- No sound systems or speakers are provided for use on the property.
