Step off the elevator to this second floor condo that offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has the capacity to sleep 4 guests. Inside includes an open living room/dining room which is a great place to relax after a day on the River. The dining table has seating for 6 and 4 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Outside you will find a great patio with propane BBQ Grill. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the river and our beautiful canyon view. Canyon Lake is less than 5 minutes away where you can rent boats or jet skis. The whole area is full of small music venues like Whitewater Amphitheater (less Than 5 miles away).

These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
