The stylish Pollensa 13, set within extensive private grounds and offering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, is a spacious property with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool as well as outdoor jacuzzi. Beautifully set at the countryside of Pollensa, yet just a short drive away from stunning sandy beaches and villages, Villa Can Valero is set to impress. Relax in the well kept gardens under the Mallorcan sun, or take a stroll along the countryside, or just chill out in the air-conditioned interiors: this villa has all the ingredients for a holiday to remember.
Inside, the villa has been furnished with taste and style making wide use of traditional elements and modern comforts. There are 4 bedrooms in total, together with 3 bathrooms and large lounges. The property is set over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge (wi-fi internet, satellite TV) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area. Large patio doors lead out to the terraces/pool area. On this floor there are also 2 welcoming air-conditioned bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin, both air-conditioned) and 2 bathrooms (one family shower room and a full bathroom en-suite to the master bedroom).
On the airy upper floor, provided with beautiful beamed ceilings, there is a further lounge, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are respectively a double and one with 3 single beds.
Outside, the villa is set within stunning grounds with lawn, private pool, dining areas, barbecue, pool, jacuzzi and even a small pond with fountain! This is for sure the perfect area to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan sunshine in total relaxation. The large private pool measures 11.20m x 4.35m (depth is between 0.9m and 2m), access is via Roman steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests to enjoy. The shaded terrace surrounding the villa is also equipped with comfortable sofas and dining facilities, for delicious alfresco meals.
