- Up to two pets are permitted. Pets must be approved in advance, and unapproved pets may incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Parties and events are not permitted unless written approval has been granted beforehand. Any unauthorized gathering may be ended and fined.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced during the stay.
Noise and Community Guidelines
- Quiet hours apply overnight and are strictly observed. Community guidance notes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and additional house rules also enforce quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Noise rules are taken seriously, and breaches of local noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Speakers and sound systems are not provided for guest use.
Parking and Waste Disposal
- Parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway.
- Garage parking and street parking are not allowed.
- Trash should be placed in the shared receptacles located in the common area at the front of the property.
Amenities and Stay Notes
- The Murphy bed is not prepared in advance; linens are provided in a nearby closet for guests to set it up.
- Roku streaming is available in the main living room and all bedrooms.
- The upstairs living room TV does not have cable or Roku access and is best used for gaming with your own console.
