Villa Tullia was recently and beautifully restored to feature a contemporary look and style. This independent three-story villa, nestled in a peaceful area, forms part of an expansive estate with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. All rooms are very bright and airy thanks to their wide windows from where guests can admire, in blissful ecstasy, the beautiful and striking Tuscan countryside. The villa is set in one of the most requested locations: within walking distance to town. The historical town of Cortona is just a few minutes' walk from the villa (400 metres), so if you are looking to stroll into town and then come home for dinner on foot, there is no need to look any further. Also, on the same estate, there is an additional independent cottage (for 4 persons) with its own private swimming pool and garden, which can be rented together with the main villa (depending on availability). Each of these constructions has private grounds and completely respects the privacy of the guests.
