The sleeping layout is ideal for a range of groups, with one air-conditioned double bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower. WiFi, air conditioning, parking, laundry facilities, an iron and ironing board, wheelchair access and pet-friendly accommodation add extra comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
One of this home’s biggest highlights is its excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from the beautiful La Cinta beach, known for its white sand and clear turquoise water. San Teodoro is a fantastic destination for enjoying the best of northern Sardegna, with lovely beaches, vibrant local atmosphere and plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure. Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu are both within easy driving distance, while the nearby lagoon offers scenic walking trails and the chance to spot pink flamingos. The surrounding coastline is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, paddleboarding and boat trips, and there are panoramic coastal walks for those who love to explore on foot. Restaurants can be reached within a short walk, supermarkets are a quick drive away, and the harbour town of Olbia is also easily accessible for memorable day trips.
