Perched on a peaceful hillside in Arzachena, this inviting 4-bedroom villa is a wonderful base for a Sardinian escape, with sweeping views across the greenery to the sea. Outside, the private garden offers plenty of space to unwind, from the private swimming pool and sunloungers to the open terrace, BBQ area and shaded spots for long, leisurely meals in the fresh air.
The bedroom layout is ideal for families or friends traveling together. There are three double bedrooms, including an airy master with an en-suite bathroom and another cozy double room with direct garden access and its own en-suite, plus a twin bedroom that opens onto a private balcony. A third bathroom serves the rest of the house. Family-friendly and welcoming for children, the villa also offers practical touches such as private parking, laundry facilities, an iron and ironing board, bike storage and table tennis for laid-back fun at home. When you feel like exploring, some of the Costa Smeralda’s most beautiful beaches are within easy reach, along with the chic marina and cafés of Porto Cervo and the local charm of Arzachena, making this an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in one of Sardinia’s most sought-after areas.
