The renovation of the farmhouse was carried out with particular attention to the architectural forms and with attention to detail, conferring on the house a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for its elegance and simplicity. Distinguished by a refined balance of neutral colours, by a modern design with minimal furnishings and simple lines mixed with typical materials of rustic-rural tradition like terracotta and wooden beams; all rendered even more effective by the lights which are positioned in such a way as to enhance the harmony of the volumes. Villa Poderina is immersed in green, silent nature, with a slight background noise given by the slow flowing of the waters of the Candigliano river that delimit it naturally, offering guests the opportunity to cool off in its clear waters.
