Located on the opposite shore of Moltrasio, Splendora is a beautiful south-facing grand villa (1,125sqmt), with views towards Cernobbio and Como and spectacular sunsets, and built on several levels with sprawling terraced grounds.
It welcomes guests with grace and beauty, promising life's most important pleasures: a comfortable place to stay, complete privacy, and an opportunity to reconnect with your important others. This villa is a perfect retreat to build long-lasting memories, framed by the most breathtaking sunsets.
The classic interiors showcase refined, understated elegance, with architectural features such as high ceilings, arched windows, parquet floors, and wrought iron accents that preserve the villa's original character. Guests enjoy a strong connection to the surrounding landscape and the luxurious atmosphere of lakeside living.
In a separate structure adjacent to the main house, you find a gym featuring treadmill, bike, elliptical machine and weights and a Separate room for painting and/or other relaxing activities with 20-foot ceilings and arched window with beautiful views of the lake and grounds. Bathroom with shower.
The unique villa boasts several manicured terraced levels covering 40 vertical meters from the main road. Guests can truly enjoy the outdoors, including private walkways along the water, embellished by sculptures, and worth exploring. The panoramic terrace of the main house is provided with table and chairs (it seats up to 14/16 guests) for dining al fresco under the shades or under the stars.
The heated swimming pool (12m x 3.3/5m) is another favorite spot to enjoy the view of the shimmering lake during the sunny hours. On a terrace below also available a hot tub for up to 4 people, an outdoor patio with chairs and table, a bathroom, and a covered shower.
A private mooring just in front of the lower level of the villa allows guests to easily embark on rental boats for excursions, or on a water taxi for transfers to local restaurants. The villa also features a waterfall and private path with direct access to the town of Torno, with a charming piazza, local church, restaurants, bars and ice cream shop.
