- Pool heating may not function in cold weather, as the heater shuts off automatically to prevent overheating.

Delivery and Online Purchases
- USPS does not deliver to the property; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx do. Some packages may be delivered to the resort's clubhouse, possibly incurring fees.
