- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas, and a fine of $250 will be imposed for smoking indoors.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available at a cost and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- The pool heater works through heat exchange and may not function in cold weather; no refunds will be given if the desired temperature is not reached under such conditions.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and can only be heated if the entire pool is heated.
- BBQ rental is available for an additional fee.
- Towels and linens are provided, but wash towels are considered personal items, and guests are encouraged to bring their own.
Additional Guidelines
- Guests must adhere to trash disposal rules and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain cleanliness.
- Complimentary initial supplies are provided, but the house is self-catering. Guests should purchase personal toiletries and food.
- Online purchases using USPS will not be delivered to the vacation home address; other delivery services must be used.
- Additional charges will apply if additional cleaning or repairs are required due to non-compliance with house rules.
