- No smoking inside the house. A fine of $250 will be charged for smoking indoors; guests are permitted to smoke in the external areas such as the balcony and pool area.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating requires a 2-day minimum, at an additional cost, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Note that the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will not have jets; it can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, with both sharing the same temperature. The pool heater may not function in cold weather conditions, and refunds are not available for unmet temperature expectations.
- Barbecue rental is available for $100 and covers up to one week of use.
- Resort amenities include a FlowRider surf simulator with an extra fee, as well as a fitness center, volleyball court, and basketball court.
Additional Information
- The property is self-catering. While some complimentary supplies are provided initially, guests should purchase additional toiletries and desired meals from nearby supermarkets.
- Wash towels are considered personal and disposable items; guests are advised to bring their own.
- There is no daily housekeeping service included, though mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
- Guests must observe trash collection days and dispose of trash in the resort dumpster daily.
- Online purchases via USPS will not be delivered, whereas UPS, DHL, and FedEx are acceptable. Some resorts may receive deliveries at the clubhouse, although applicable fees and policies vary. The property manager is not responsible for issues related to online purchases.
