- No parties are allowed on the property.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; smoking is permitted only in designated external areas. A fine of $250 will be imposed for smoking indoors.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heat must be requested 48 hours in advance, and the temperature will not exceed 95°F. Please note that heaters may not work in cold weather, and no refunds can be given under these conditions.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will have the same temperature as the pool.
- Complimentary initial supplies are provided, but guests should plan to purchase additional personal toiletries and food.
- Housekeeping services during your stay are available for an additional fee; the unit is thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in.
- Trash should be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster according to trash collection days.
Additional Information
- Online purchases should be shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx, as USPS is not supported. Some resorts may deliver to the clubhouse but fees might apply.
