Set within a secure resort community and overlooking a golf course, the home pairs stylish interiors with plenty of space to relax and have fun. The bright open living area features comfortable seating, a fireplace and large TVs, while glass doors lead out to the covered lanai for easy indoor-outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a natural gas stove, granite countertops, custom cabinetry and counter seating, with a dining area close by for shared meals. Throughout the home, you’ll also find thoughtful conveniences such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, a smart TV, a DVD player, parking, and a washer and dryer.

Outside, the private west-facing pool and hot tub invite you to soak up the Florida sunshine, with sunloungers, a lounge seating area, alfresco dining space, BBQ and outdoor kitchen creating an ideal setting for easy vacation days. Back indoors, the games room adds even more entertainment with arcade fun, a large TV and a wet bar area. The villa offers three suites, including a king master with an en-suite bathroom featuring a garden tub and walk-in shower, plus private balcony access. I fully recomend this house for anyone staying in Orlando that wants to be close to the parks. The jouse itself is modernly furnished and the rooms comfortable and spacious. I will recomend the service of top villas to my feienda and family and plan on using it in the future.
