This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa in Orlando offers 2,716 sq. ft. of stylish vacation living for up to 13 guests. Designed with families in mind, the home combines modern décor with playful themed spaces, including an enchanting under-the-sea bedroom with two double beds and a pirate-inspired bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. Three king bedrooms provide comfortable retreats for adults, while the separate annex adds even more flexibility with a king and twin sleeping arrangement, its own kitchen and bathroom. The main living area is bright and welcoming, with plush seating, cable or satellite TV and plenty of room to unwind after a day exploring Orlando’s popular attractions. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an extended island makes it easy to prepare meals, with seating for up to 10 guests.
Outside, the private pool area is a standout feature, complete with a fun treasure-map design, pool alarm, oversized day beds, wicker seating and peaceful garden views. Guests can enjoy alfresco meals at the outdoor dining area for 8, fire up the built-in BBQ, or relax in the hot tub. The home also features a fantastic games room in the annex, with a basketball shooter, air hockey, driving games and a multi-arcade game for all-ages entertainment.
