To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:
- No smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $250 fee applies for non-compliance.
- Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Fees may apply for non-compliance.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No pets are allowed on the property, including visiting pets. A $300 fee applies plus any damage costs.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. This may result in immediate removal and cancellation of the reservation.
- Air conditioning must not be set below 72°F. Windows and doors must remain closed while AC is in use.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.
- Do not remove any items from the property. All furnishings, linens, and amenities must remain in the home.
- Please report any accidental damage immediately so it can be resolved quickly.
- Towels and linens must be used with care. Do not use them for makeup removal, tanning products, cleaning, or anything that may cause damage or staining. Do not remove them from the property. Replacement fees may apply for damaged or missing items.
- Please manage rubbish properly during your stay. Trash must be taken out on scheduled collection days. Extra cleaning or disposal fees may apply for excessive mess or waste.
Pool Use & Hold Harmless Agreement
- Guests acknowledge that the property includes a swimming pool and that use of the pool and surrounding areas involves risks, including injury or drowning.
- Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk and are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their group and any visitors, especially children.
- Guests agree to release and hold harmless the property owner, property manager, and their agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses related to use of the pool or pool area during the stay.
