- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and a fine will be imposed.
- Documentation is required for ESA/service animals for entry.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- The property is part of a gated community with access to a shared pool.
- Pool heating is not available from April 1 to October 1.
- The property is subjected to a monthly pest control schedule. While measures are in place, some insects cannot be eliminated during swarming seasons.
- Off-street parking is available; however, boats, Jet Skis, buses, campers, trailers, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, mobile homes, and commercial vehicles are not permitted to park on the property.
