- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance, but is not available from April 1 to October 30.
- The pool is maintained weekly, but guests may need to use the pool skimmer to remove debris due to weather effects.

- Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
