- The reservation owner must be at least 25 years old.
- No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval.
- All properties have a strict no smoking inside policy; a minimum $500 fee applies for violations.
- Approved pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, and specific pet rules must be followed to avoid additional charges.
- Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced; exceeding allowed guests results in immediate dismissal without a refund.
- A charge of $50 per night is applied for more than 2 guests, already included in the booking if guest count is accurate.
Use of Amenities
- Swimming facilities are used at guests' own risk, with full responsibility for any risks assumed.
- All other amenities, such as bikes and kayaks, carry the same risk assumption.
- Noise levels are monitored; excessive noise can lead to removal from the property without refund.

- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas; no off-street or unauthorized parking is allowed.
Noise and Conduct
- Audible noise should not extend beyond 25 feet from the property line between 10 pm and 7 am.
- Management intervention due to noise complaints results in a $500 fine.
