- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and additional liability for any fire or property damage costs.

- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided, and violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles onsite with no garage access. RVs and trailers are not permitted, and vehicles must be parked within the lot boundaries. Violations will incur a fee of $200 per instance.
- The 6-seater golf cart is available for rent at $75/day.
- The home features two floors, each accessible only via an exterior staircase.
