The villa offers a breathtaking 270-degree view of a gold course, making it an ideal retreat for golf enthusiasts or anyone who appreciates scenic surroundings. The villa boasts modern and clean architectural lines, creating a sleek and elegant ambiance for guest to enjoy. The inclusion of a central interior garden not only adds beauty to the villa but also has the practical benefit of cleaning the air and filling the space with natural light. The one-level design is great for accessibility. A private TV room provides a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment. The villa features a wrap-around outdoor terrace, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and a full bar equipped with a fridge and ice machine, allowing guests to dine inside and out. The inclusion of Starlink fast internet ensures that guests can stay connected. The villa boasts a salt-filtered heated swimming pool which, with amenities like the ninja line, trampoline, tree swing, treehouse-style slide, monkey dome and soccer goals, should keep adults and children entertained for hours.
Please Note: Renovations and improvements are currently scheduled at the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog" to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. The heavy construction phase has now been completed, this means no more disruptive construction activity. The resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.

Resort Fee
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.
Please Note: Casa de Campo Resort registration fee starting February 1st, 2026 will be increasing to the following:
- US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults are 13 and up)
- US$15.00 per child, per night (children are 4 to 12)
- Free for kids under 4!
