Located within one of the newest avenues of Royal Westmoreland, Mimosa is a recently constructed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence for holiday rental, which offers unobstructed views of the golf course and out to the island’s coast line. Featuring an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private pool and outdoor dining terrace, this property is ideal for family holidays and island retreats. The Master suite offers a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3, also located on the ground floor share the second bathroom with Bedroom 2 offering a queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 offering two twin beds. The 4th bedroom; located on the entry level of the property, offers an en suite bathroom and queen-size bed.
Guests staying at Mimosa have access to a range of facilities within the resort. This villa offers full membership allowing guests flexibility when booking tee times.
Holetown and the nearest Beach are a short 6 minute drive. While in Holetown you will have access to the shopping mall, supermarket, local arts and craft and plenty dinning options to choose from.
This home comes with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, the Unaccompanied Full Member's Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable (or if accompanied by the member, the Member Guest fee). Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)
Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.
- The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).

Royal Westmoreland Vacation - August 2024 - Sugar Cane Ridge
We would highly recommend Mimosa as a place to stay - the villa is well appointed, very close to the clubhouse area at Westmoreland and comes with access to the gym, pool and beach. The housekeeper Andrea looked after us all wondefully and the rental price is comparatively good value in low season. Be prepared for the rest of Barbados to be somewhat more expensive though! The process with Top Villas was overall very smooth and they helped us by ordering in some food for the BBQ on our first night. All in all a great holiday
