- Pets are permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 per pet; undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- The barn is available for events only, not for standard stays.
- The property accepts bookings for guests aged 21 and over.
Use of Amenities
- Swimming in the lake is not permitted; catch and release only for fishing.
- Pool heating must be requested in advance and is subject to a fee; cannot be heated in the summer months or simultaneously with the hot tub.
- The pool can be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- The fireplace is ornamental and not functional.
- A pool fence can be installed for an additional fee; enquire before your stay.
Event Requirements
- Events require prior approval and an event fee.
- The barn and surrounding facilities are exclusive to contracted event guests.
Penalties
- Violations of the no-smoking policy lead to forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Noise violations incur fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Safety and Compliance
- Guests will need to sign a property waiver before their stay.
- Bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
- IDs will be verified after booking and all credit card fraud will be prosecuted.
